I've tried numerous weight loss programs from the Zone to Jenny Craig and lots of others in between. The problem was that I always felt like was on a diet . I usually got bored of the food and always felt constrained. Fortunately, Healthy Heart was totally different. They offer meals that I would normally choose to eat such as lasagne or banana walnut pancakes so I never felt like I was on a diet program. By giving me the right portion sizes I was able to see how much I should be eating. I was sceptical at first because Healthy Heart is about half the price of everyone else so I thought that quality of their meals would suffer. I'm glad that I was wrong!

Recently my husband was in the hospital having surgery. I knew I had to eat healthy, to keep up my strength for the time when he came home. Since I had been dieting,I didn't want fast food to eat. I stepped on the scale today for the first time in two weeks and I have dropped 4 pounds (finally, after months of being stuck!). The best part is, it didn't feel difficult at all - I was shocked by the results. I have been enjoying my challenging work-outs (as always) and my new healthy meals (which are so tasty and filling - I actually questioned if they are healthy!). I have had other meal services before and I constantly felt like I was on a diet. I wanted to take the time to tell you just how much easier my life is, not to mention healthier, with Healthy Heart Meals.
For the longest time I have known that if the right foods were at hand, and already prepared, I would take the matter of eating nutritiously seriously. For years I have struggled with the whole issue of "healthy" eating. Portion control, shopping and cooking sometimes just seemed beyond me. When I heard about Healthy Heart Meals, I was cautiously optimistic. I discovered that your meals are delicious and I love the variety. I like to pretend that I am treating myself to room service. Over the past months I have found many favourites and there is something to look forward to in every three day cycle. My goal has always been to become a "normal" eater and I am uninterested in any diet. That is what makes Healthy Heart so appealing. It just seems sensible to me and most closely approximates my idea of "normal" eating. I still have a long way to go but I have lost more than seventy pounds and feel optimistic that your meal delivery programme will enable me to reach my goal. I have no hesitation in recommending your programme to anyone who wants to receive delicious meals to their doorstep and wishes to gain control over their eating. In my opinion it is a bargain. Also, if I have plans to eat out, my children are very happy to enjoy my surplus meals. In fact, they have favourites of their own.

I am a teenager and I just wanted to tell you how Healthy Heart Meals is working for me.
At first, I was a little bit worried about what my friends would say when they saw the prepared lunches which I was bringing to school everyday. However, all they say is that I have the best looking lunches at the table and even the principal saw my lunch one day and said that it looked delicious and where did I get it? I love most of the choices, particularly the breakfasts with poached eggs and all the lunches which have sandwiches. The dinners are also quite good, especially the rosemary lamb. I feel happy with my new eating habits and I definitely have more energy.

Healthy Heart has made dieting extremely easy.
At the beginning I thought I was getting too much food and I would never lose weight. But in two months I have lost 11 pounds quite painlessly. I am rarely hungry between meals but if I am, I have an orange and that tides me over. The meals are interesting and the selection is endless. In the first six weeks I don't think I had the same meal twice, except for the fruit and yoghurt, which I could eat ever day. I am the envy of the office. My colleagues now ask me daily, what my chef has cooked up for lunch. My favourite part, of course, is having the meals arrive at my door. When I have forgotten to choose the meals myself it is great fun to open the cooler and see what you have selected for me. I am always pleasantly surprised. So there is no figuring out points or weighing food or even having the hassle of going to the grocery store. It is all done for you. There aren't even dishes to wash - another bonus. And best of all, I feel very well and energetic on the diet plan. The food is fresh and the meal well balanced. At first I added salt as I am used to having salt on my food, but now I don't sprinkle on the salt. I might add some Tabasco for heat, otherwise I eat the meals as they come. I have nineteen more pounds to lose to hit the goal I set. I plan on sticking with Healthy Heart because I am confident I will achieve my goal through them. |
